Anxiety and overwhelm
Lying awake at night under the weight of tomorrow. Holding everything together while your spirit runs on empty.
“The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
The most important question you will ever answer
Every one of us will one day stand before God. You can meet that day forgiven and at peace, and it can be settled today.
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
The world tells you to put on a brave face and keep going. Jesus invites you to bring every burden to Him, honestly and as you are.
Lying awake at night under the weight of tomorrow. Holding everything together while your spirit runs on empty.
“The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Surrounded by people and screens, yet unseen and unknown. Longing for a friendship that does not depend on how well you perform.
“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Memories you wish you could erase. A quiet voice that says you are too far gone, and a debt you know you can never repay.
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
The career, the house, the milestones, all checked off, and still a hollow place inside. A hunger nothing in this world has filled.
“He has put eternity into man’s heart.”
These burdens point to a deeper problem, and God has answered it. Read what He has done.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
Deep down, we know something is wrong. We try to quiet our conscience with good deeds, success, or by comparing ourselves with others. Yet God does not grade on a curve. His standard is perfection.
Measured against that standard, our pride, lies, selfishness, and rebellion separate us from Him. The Bible calls this sin, and it warns that the wages of sin is death. If you were to die today relying on your own goodness, you would stand before a holy Judge with no defense.
“God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
God did not leave you to face judgment alone. In His great love, He came to earth in the person of Jesus Christ, who lived the sinless life that you and I have failed to live.
On the cross, Jesus took the punishment your sins deserved. He died in your place, was buried, and rose bodily from the grave on the third day. He is alive today, and He offers you full forgiveness, a clean slate, and eternal life.
Salvation cannot be earned. It is received as a gift of grace.
Relying on personal decency, religious ritual, or how you measure up against others.
Turning from sin and trusting Jesus Christ alone as Lord and Savior.
“For years I tried to fill the emptiness in my heart with self-reliance, success, and distraction. The pressure nearly broke me. When I finally surrendered to Jesus Christ, I found the peace and forgiveness I had been searching for all along. The Lord took what was broken and made it whole.”
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:13
God does not demand ritual. He looks directly at your heart. If you are ready to turn away from your sins and surrender to Jesus as Lord, pray this directly to Him:
“Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose bodily from the grave. Right now, I turn away from my sin and surrender my life to You. Forgive me, cleanse me, and take control of my heart. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Amen.”
Following Jesus is a daily walk with Him. Here is how to begin.
Start with the Gospel of John, one chapter a day. Learn who Jesus is, what He taught, and how He lived.
Prayer is honest conversation with your Father. Tell Him about your day and your struggles, and thank Him for His mercy.
No one should walk this road alone. Join a Bible-teaching local church where you can be taught, encouraged, and cared for.
Follow Jesus in believer’s baptism, a public declaration of your new life in Him. Your church can walk you through it.
Many people wonder about these. You are welcome to ask us anything else below.
No. Jesus welcomes people as they are. Change follows faith, and it is His work in you. You come to Him first, and He begins to make you new.
To repent is to turn around. You agree with God about your sin, you turn away from it, and you turn toward Jesus to follow Him. It is a change of direction, not a promise of perfection.
Salvation rests on trusting Christ today, not on remembering a moment. If you are unsure, bring that doubt honestly to God and place your trust in Jesus now. Then talk it through with a pastor or with us.
Doubts are common, and God is not afraid of them. Read the Gospel of John with an open heart and ask Him to show you what is true. Send us your questions, and we will gladly answer them.
Our ministry team reads every request and prays over it by name. If you ask a question, we will reply by email.
